Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases align with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and feasibility before construction begins.
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations using HeavyBid or similar software, and contract negotiations.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, costs, and schedules for stakeholders’ review.
Foster a culture of safety on-site by implementing best practices in construction site management and conducting safety audits.

Experience

Proven experience in construction project management with a strong background in civil or heavy civil projects preferred.
Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site logistics planning.
Hands-on experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
Proficiency in project scheduling software including Primavera P6 or similar platforms.
Familiarity with civil engineering design tools like Civil 3D is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong understanding of contracts, legal considerations in construction projects, and risk management strategies.
Excellent time management skills coupled with effective project coordination abilities to meet aggressive deadlines. Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
