Established Architectural, Engineering, Drafting, Design & Construction Firm – Over 20 Years in Business

We are a highly reputable Architectural, Engineering, Drafting, Design, and Construction firm with over 20 years of industry experience and a strong reputation built on quality service, professionalism, and consistently positive client reviews. Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking qualified licensed professionals to join our network on a project-by-project basis.

Currently Seeking:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Licensed Master Electrician
Licensed Master Plumber

Position Type:
Independent Contractor / Project-Based

Our firm provides comprehensive architectural, engineering, drafting, design, permitting, and construction services throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. We work on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects and are looking to establish long-term working relationships with experienced licensed professionals.

Qualifications:

Active license in good standing
Relevant professional experience within your trade
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams
Familiarity with NYC permitting and construction processes is a plus

Preferred but Not Required:

Ability to speak, understand, or communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)

Compensation:
Compensation is highly competitive and paid on a per-project basis. Project scope, responsibilities, and compensation will be discussed directly with the owner based on the specific project and level of involvement required.
