Northstar Heating and Cooling Corp. is looking for an experienced (Level 2 - Level 5) HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service by maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in customers’ homes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
Perform regular maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
Identify issues, explain findings to customers, and recommend solutions
Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications

Proven experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC service and repair
Knowledge of local codes and safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
