Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager specializing in residential and commercial painting projects. Duties

Lead and oversee all phases of residential and commercial painting projects, from initial planning through completion
Develop detailed project schedules using necessary tools and construction management software to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately execute project specifications
Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines
May need to utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools for documentation, communication, and progress tracking
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project quality standards
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, budgets, schedules, and potential risks for stakeholders
Ensure all work complies with contract requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Skills

Proven experience in management/supervision of crews with a focus on residential or commercial painting projects
Strong proficiency with project scheduling
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocol
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams
Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed documentation throughout the projects

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
