Position Responsibilities

Teach classroom and hands-on sheet metal curriculum
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Promote safe work practices and industry standards
Assist students in preparing for successful careers in the trades
Maintain a positive, professional learning environment
Support apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in the sheet metal industry
Massachusetts Sheet Metal Journeyman License required. You have to have a JM license to teach and we can assist with the necessary SM teacher license.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fabrication, installation, and industry best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to mentor and motivate students of varying experience levels
OSHA Certification preferred
Previous teaching, training, or supervisory experience is a plus
