Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed project scopes and timelines.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications.
Monitor progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and communication with project teams; adjust plans as needed for optimal results.
Facilitate effective project coordination by managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities, change orders, and contractual agreements for transparency and accountability.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in construction site supervision and project delivery.
Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to civil or heavy construction projects.
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, cost estimation, contracts administration, and risk management.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields are highly desirable. Pay: $81,969.62 - $98,716.10 per year
