Because we expect the best, we pay well above the industry average commission rate, backed by aggressive quarterly performance bonuses. If you know how to command a room, handle price objections, and close on-site, your earning potential here is entirely uncapped.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

We aren't looking for order-takers. We need an elite, adaptable sales professional who checks the following boxes:

Proven HVAC Sales Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience with a documented history of performance-backed results. You must know systems, structural comfort needs, and how to present comprehensive Good/Better/Best options along with financing plans.
Social Media Lead Masters: A substantial portion of our high-volume lead flow comes from highly targeted social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google). You must have explicit experience working with modern, digitally-driven, and often price-sensitive consumers who are actively shopping around.
The Closer Mentality: You must be completely comfortable in a 100% performance-driven environment. If you struggle to ask for the check, let customers "think about it," or avoid the pricing conversation, this is not the seat for you.

Role & Responsibilities

Run qualified, inbound in-home consultations daily (No cold prospecting).
Confidently present system options, financing solutions, and local energy rebates.
Overcome price objections on-site and maintain a high same-day closing rate.
Manage your pipeline, follow up on open estimates, and precisely update the company CRM.
Coordinate seamlessly with our installation management team to ensure a 5-star customer experience.
