Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve smooth, high-quality finishes.
Repair or replace auto glass and perform detailing to restore vehicles to showroom condition.
Use MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication skills to repair sheet metal and restore vehicle frames.
Assist with auto restoration projects by fabricating parts, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring precise fitment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards during heavy lifting and equipment operation.
Collaborate with team members on estimating repairs and providing excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly.

Qualifications

Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred.
Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and vehicle maintenance.
Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of auto restoration techniques, sheet metal work, airless paint spraying, and automotive repair processes.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
