Position Overview:

We are looking for a Residential Plumbing Service Technician who is motivated, professional, and ready to take ownership of their work. This is a commission-based position, so the right candidate has strong earning potential and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential service preferred)
Must hold at least an apprentice/indentured plumbing license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Honest and trustworthy – we value long-term relationships over quick sales
Professional appearance and good hygiene
Ability to participate in on-call rotation (weeknights & weekends)

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Communicate clearly with homeowners and present options
Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Represent Copper Peaks with integrity and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based pay (high earning potential)
Paid Holidays after 90 days
