We need a superintenent who can work calmly and professionally with customers (homeowners) as well as manage and complete their projects on budget and on schedule including materials ordering, managing subsonctractors on site daily, and juggling between 3-6 jobs at a time.

Communication with all parties daily is a must.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on supervision of construction sites with strategic project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining safety and quality standards across diverse construction environments. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and construction specifications.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize productivity and communication.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy.
Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost forecasts and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow.
Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes efficiently while maintaining detailed records.
Prioritize time management strategies to meet project deadlines without compromising safety or quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience in construction site management
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction documentation.
Strong understanding of contracts administration, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Prior involvement in managing multiple stakeholders including subcontractors, vendors, and clients in fast-paced environments.
Ability to read technical drawings like schematics accurately while coordinating project activities accordingly.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
