U.S. Lawns Myrtle Beach is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Grand Strand.

This is an outside sales role focused on developing new business relationships with property managers, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and facility managers. If you enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and winning new business, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new commercial landscaping opportunities throughout the Grand Strand
Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and business leaders
Conduct site visits and identify opportunities for service improvements
Prepare and present proposals
Follow up consistently throughout the sales process
Manage opportunities from initial contact through signed agreement
Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service

What We're Looking For

Previous B2B sales experience
Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and organized
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow-up process
Valid driver's license

Landscape industry experience is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like

The first-year sales goal is approximately $750,000 in new business revenue. You'll have the support of an experienced operations team, a strong local reputation, and the tools needed to build a successful territory.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
