Responsibilities:

Schedule and attend onsite walkthroughs with customers & subcontractors.
Analyze architectural and MEP drawings to confirm project details (plan & spec projects).
Assist Project Managers with developing scope of work (design build projects).
Communicate with customers & subcontractors throughout project bidding/estimating.
Review subcontractor bids for scope accuracy.
Create & submit comprehensive bid proposals to customers.
Represent and promote Carrera Construction positively and professionally.
Continuously look for ways to enhance estimating efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience as an estimator and/or project manager is preferred.
Entry-level or low experience will be considered.
Must be able to read & interpret drawings.
Must possess strong written and oral skills.
Must possess strong computer skills.

Pay: $60,723.41 - $73,129.27 per year
