We are seeking a skilled Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our growing fabrication team and help bring custom projects to life through precision metalworking and craftsmanship.

Job Summary

The Welder / Metal Fabricator is responsible for fabricating, assembling, modifying, and installing custom metal structures and components used in signage, furniture, architectural features, restaurant buildouts, exhibits, and experiential projects.

The ideal candidate possesses strong welding skills, fabrication knowledge, and the ability to interpret drawings while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Metal Fabrication

Fabricate structural sign frames
Build raceways and mounting systems
Fabricate monument sign structures
Construct custom furniture frames
Build exhibit and trade show structures
Fabricate architectural features
Create custom brackets and supports
Modify existing fabricated components

Welding

Perform MIG welding
Perform TIG welding
Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
Grind and finish welds
Maintain weld quality and structural integrity
Ensure welds meet project specifications

Shop Operations

Read shop drawings and fabrication plans
Perform layout and measurements
Cut and prepare materials
Operate fabrication equipment
Maintain tools and equipment
Assist with material inventory

Installation Support

Assist with field installations when needed
Assemble fabricated components on-site
Troubleshoot installation challenges
Coordinate with installation crews and project managers

Required Skills

Strong MIG welding experience
Ability to read fabrication drawings
Strong measurement and layout skills
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

Materials Experience

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
