About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, architectural sheet metal, and process piping projects in the San Jose market. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously across commercial and industrial environments, owning full lifecycle delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost control
Serve as the primary client contact, driving proactive communication and problem-solving
Develop and manage project financials including budgets, schedules of values, labor productivity, and cost tracking
Coordinate procurement and equipment planning
Participate in monthly financial forecasting and project reviews
Mentor and develop project engineers and support staff
Identify and mitigate project risks across technical, schedule, and cost dimensions
Maintain accurate project documentation per contract and regulatory requirements

What You'll Need

4–5+ years of experience as a commercial and/or industrial Construction Project Engineer
Technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic piping, and refrigerant piping
BS in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project or accounting software a plus
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in field/remote office environments

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000 – $170,000 depending on experience
