```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with team members to plan and complete plumbing projects
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other malfunctions
- Repair or replace broken or faulty plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a related field
- Solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience with remodeling projects and maintenance person skills is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:
- Basic math for measurements and calculations
- Remodeling experience for bathroom or kitchen renovations
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ability to plumb new construction projects or additions to existing structures
- Knowledge of pipe threading techniques for joining pipes together securely
- Field service experience for on-site repairs and installations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for moving equipment or materials
- Welding skills for repairing or fabricating metal pipes if needed
- Carpentry skills for building structures or framing around plumbing systems
