Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct site visits and inspections to support accurate estimating
Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment)
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and strategies to improve profitability
Provide regular project updates to management and team members
Support project and company objectives through additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of project management and estimating experience in construction
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and Bluebeam (QuickBooks a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Dependable, self‑driven, and committed to high‑quality work
