Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive project success through expert planning, coordination, and execution. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, safety, and excellence in construction management.

Duties

Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D to develop detailed project schedules and cost estimates.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project compliance with design intent and contractual obligations.
Oversee project site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained throughout construction phases.
Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports.
Monitor project performance metrics using tools like Bluebeam and Primavera to identify risks early and implement corrective actions promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and coordination.
Proficiency with construction estimating tools and software such as HeavyBid and Primavera P6.
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site operations.
Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety procedures and site supervision.
Familiarity with civil engineering concepts using Civil 3D or similar design software.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
