Peepels Mechanical Corp., Deer Park, New York is seeking a motivated Junior Assistant Project Manager to join our growing HVAC construction team. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. A Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

After training, responsibilities may include:

· Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination

· Track project progress and maintain schedules

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews

· Prepare and track change orders and project documents

· Assist with material ordering and deliveries

· Attend job site meetings and walkthroughs

· Help prepare invoices and project reports

· Communicate with clients and office staff regarding project status

· Maintain organized project files and documentation

· Support overall project operations from start to completion

Qualifications

· Recent college graduates welcome

· Mechanical Engineering degree a plus

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Valid driver’s license preferred

Salary

· Starting salary: Approximately $52,000 per year (based on experience)
