Concrete Finisher

Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Operate hand and power tools to complete concrete projects
- Pour and spread concrete using various techniques
- Apply finishes to concrete surfaces, such as sealants or coatings
- Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher or related field preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate tools and equipment
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and practices
- Experience with tile laying, installation, metal stud framing, stucco, or carpentry is a plus
- Familiarity with construction estimating is an asset

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the job site
- Commercial driving experience is desirable but not required
