Job Overview:
We’re looking for someone dependable and hands-on to help keep our rental properties in excellent condition while also supporting new construction projects through punch list completion and warranty repairs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be handling a variety of repairs, working in both occupied units and newly built homes, so being respectful, communicating well, and being comfortable solving problems on your own is just as important as your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in occupied rental units, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC work
Complete punch list items on newly constructed or renovated units to ensure they meet quality standards
Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Handle warranty repair work for recently completed construction projects
Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Communicate professionally with tenants, homeowners, and team members regarding scheduling, access, and repairs
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance as needed
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle (if provided)
Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of general repair trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Comfortable working in occupied homes and active construction environments with professionalism and respect

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in residential rental properties or new construction
Familiarity with punch list completion and warranty processes
HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications (a plus, but not required)

Company Vehicle OR Mileage Reimbursement

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday–Friday, with occasional on-call or emergency maintenance as needed

Work Environment:
This position requires travel between multiple properties throughout Southern New Hampshire and working in a mix of occupied residential settings and newly constructed homes.
