Merit Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are a locally owned company serving the Sioux Falls area with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, customer service, and doing things the right way.

What You'll Do

Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete HVAC systems
Install commercial rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and ventilation equipment
Read plans and coordinate installations with customers, builders, and project managers
Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment
Install gas piping, venting, refrigeration lines, and controls
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Represent Merit Heating & Air with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HVAC installation experience
Strong commercial HVAC installation, including kitchen exhausts, RTUs, refrigeration a plus
Ability to work independently and lead projects when needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
