Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to lead construction projects from initial conception through completion. This role combines strategic project management with precise cost estimation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties

Develop accurate project estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and specifications using tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid
Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages that reflect comprehensive cost analysis and resource planning
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Civil 3D to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress
Oversee project scheduling and timeline management to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to ensure precise understanding of project scope
Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project costs and mitigate risks
Conduct site visits to assess progress, ensure safety compliance, and verify adherence to design specifications
Facilitate communication across all stakeholders for effective project coordination and problem resolution
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, estimates, schedules, and budgets for transparency and accountability

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management roles within the construction industry
Strong proficiency with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools
Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D or equivalent platforms
Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline
Construction site experience is highly preferred to understand on-the-ground realities of project execution
Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project coordination best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
