Project Manager – Oklahoma City Area
NGE Painting & Remodeling is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee our growing operations in the Oklahoma City market.
Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate painters and resurfacing crews on active projects
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
Perform final walk-throughs and quality control inspections
Meet with clients and property managers to discuss project needs
Prepare and present estimates and proposals
Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
Submit daily reports and project updates

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in construction, painting, remodeling, apartment maintenance, or multifamily construction and/ or management preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable meeting with clients and preparing estimates
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Valid driver's license required

Position Details:
This is primarily a field-based position with flexibility to work from home when completing reports, estimates, and administrative tasks. Most of your time will be spent visiting job sites, meeting clients, supporting field crews, and building relationships with current and prospective clients throughout the Oklahoma City area.
