We are hiring an Onsite Traveling Project Manager (field-focused role) to support active commercial roofing projects across multiple job sites.

This is a hands-on field position for experienced roofing foremen or field leads who are stepping into project coordination responsibilities.

You will remain active in the field while supporting the coordination, tracking, and execution of multiple roofing projects under project leadership.

This is not an office-based role. Success in this position requires strong real-world roofing experience and comfort working on active jobsites daily.

What You’ll Do

Travel between active commercial roofing job sites
Support foremen and field teams to keep production moving on schedule
Coordinate daily field activity including crews, subcontractors, and site logistics
Track job progress and provide clear daily updates to project leadership
Help identify and resolve field issues (delays, sequencing, material flow, etc.)
Assist with material coordination and jobsite readiness
Maintain strong communication between field crews and office/project team
Document job progress through photos, notes, and daily reporting
Use tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, CompanyCam, or similar platforms
Stay actively present on rooftops and production areas during construction

Who This Role Is For

This role is designed for experienced field professionals ready to step up from foreman-level responsibility into project coordination, such as:

Roofing Foreman
Crew Leader / Lead Installer
Field Supervisor
Assistant Superintendent (roofing or exterior systems)

You should already have real experience working in commercial roofing and understand how jobs are built in the field, including systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, or metal roofing.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on commercial roofing or field construction experience
Experience leading crews or working in a foreman/lead capacity
Strong understanding of jobsite workflow and construction sequencing
Comfortable working daily in active field environments
Strong communication with crews, subcontractors, and management
Ability to stay organized across multiple active jobs
Willingness to travel between projects regularly
Must be willing to undergo a standard company Background check
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred Experience

Prior foreman or field lead experience on commercial roofing projects
Exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, CompanyCam, or similar tools
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience coordinating materials, deliveries, or jobsite logistics

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
