Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman with at least five years’ experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of rough and finish carpenters on the final touches in carpentry projects, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

- Execute frame carpentry work accurately

- Installation of commercial doors, hardware, windows, window and door molding, and cabinets

- Restore damaged woodwork and perform water damage restoration as needed

- Perform some drywall installation and finishing work

- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations

- Monitor and enforce quality control

- Drive to various job sites in southeastern Wisconsin throughout the day

Requirements:

- Proven 5+ years experience as a Carpenter Foreman

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- An encouraging and motivational leader for our team
- Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of carpentry work

- Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
