At Seal The Deal Heating & Air, we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Lead Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, communicating with customers professionally, and delivering 5 star solutions that homeowners can trust and recommend their friends and family

Compensation

$80,000–$150,000+ per year based on experience and performance
Full-time position
Consistent year-round work
Commission opportunities
$1,500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days

What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations
Respond to service calls and emergency repair situations
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and identify the best solutions for homeowners
Clearly explain system performance, repair options, and recommendations to customers
Install residential HVAC equipment including A/C systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and complete system replacements as needed
Present multiple options for repairs, system upgrades, and full system replacements when appropriate
Recommend maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions when beneficial to the customer
Maintain accurate service records, customer notes, and job documentation
Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent Seal The Deal professionally on every call through honesty, communication, and quality workmanship

Who We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification REQUIRED
NATE Certification a plus
Have used service titan or house call pro
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to recommend solutions and close service-related sales
Strong work ethic and professional appearance
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions
