Full-Time Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer/Woodworker to join our custom cabinetry team in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both design and craftsmanship and takes pride in creating exceptional work for high-end residential homes.

Responsibilities

Design custom kitchen, bath, and built-in cabinetry for luxury residential projects.
Create detailed drawings and production-ready plans using Cabinet Vision software. Collaborate with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers throughout the design process.
Assist with material selection, layout development, and project planning.
Support shop production and woodworking operations as needed.
Ensure designs meet customer expectations, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout each project.

Qualifications

Experience in custom cabinetry design and/or woodworking.
Cabinet Vision software experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate with cabinet design and woodworking experience.
Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles. Knowledge of cabinet construction methods, materials, and woodworking techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $58,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
