Job Overview:

We are seeking a certified EPA Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, equipment repair, and property maintenance.

Duties:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and implement solutions
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations

Experience:

- Prior experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment repair
- Knowledge of plumbing systems for HVAC applications
- Experience as a service technician in property maintenance
