Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our growing team, focused exclusively on commercial new construction. Our projects are built from the ground up, and we take pride in delivering quality work from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage plumbing crews on commercial job sites
Oversee daily work from slab through completion
Serve as a key point of contact on-site, communicating with all necessary parties to support project success
Keep projects on schedule and maintain quality standards
Plan daily work, materials, and manpower
Ensure all work meets code and safety requirements
Identify and solve problems in the field quickly and effectively

Skills

5–7+ years of commercial plumbing experience (new construction preferred)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Experience leading crews and running jobs with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills with GCs, superintendents, and other subcontractors
Ability to manage a job from start to finish
Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
Leadership that’s earned in the field

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
