Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of stone fabrication and installation projects for luxury homes. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of stone fabrication processes and on-site installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to clarify project requirements and expectations.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information and identify potential challenges.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for each project, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company profitability goals.

Monitor project expenditures and track costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative solutions when necessary.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead and motivate project teams, including stonemasons, installers, and other subcontractors, to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project objectives, milestones, and updates.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client specifications.

Conduct inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards at all times.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide regular project updates to clients, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.

Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through exceptional service and results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (construction experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in PM software and documentation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Strong problem-solving abilities
