Job Description:

Seeking ambitious, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative who can pursue and win over clientele in the HVAC field. We at Peric Heating Company are a successful family business whose HVAC expertise has taken them far throughout the Chicagoland area, and we are looking for someone to help us get even farther!

The Idea:

As our Outside Sales Representative, you would assist us in finding and communicating with clientele to lock in jobs. Your primary focus would be on finding building owners who need Boiler replacements. In this role, you will be the face of our company. By phone calls, meetings, messenger pigeons (whatever method works best for you!) you will find and engage clients. Once a client is interested, you will work with our Proposal Team and solidify a quote for the client. Once we lock in a job, you will be guaranteed a 10% commission. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will certainly be of help, but you will also need an adequate knowledge of HVAC systems and how they work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact on our company’s outreach. Ideally, we want somebody who we will have to tell to slow down so our technicians can keep up with all the work he’s getting us!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Lead generating

(Single Owners, Property Managements, Condos, Etc.)

- Find sales opportunities; we then will scope out work and quote out

- Attend weekly in-person office meetings

- Find new methods of networking

- Finalize sales

- Use local utility incentives as a way in for future sales

Duties:

-Bi-weekly meetings in-office with upper management. These meetings are imperative for discussing the week plan, strategy, and progress being made.

-Actively pursue new business opportunities via phone calls, community events, and targeted marketing campaigns

Skill Set:

- Excellent verbal and written communicator

-Strong understanding of HVAC systems (STEAM, HYDRONIC some of FORCE AIR [IF WE EXPAND TO RESIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES])

- 4+Years experience in sales

- Has prospecting experience to generate leads

- English and Spanish language proficiency

-Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership qualities, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment…

-...yet also demonstrating strong communication to upper management. We want you to work independently and feel free, but we need to know what’s going on.

-Honesty and integrity in work. Willingness to own up to mistakes and admit mistakes.

INCENTIVES (PAY)

Performance based pay – Uncapped

10% on the top of closed contracts

(Paid out when Peric Heating Co gets full payment amount)

End of year bonus eligibility

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
