GS Skyline Insulation, LLC is a growing commercial insulation contractor specializing in HVAC duct insulation, pipe insulation, fire wrap, and mechanical insulation services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team and help manage projects from award through closeout.

Position Summary

The Project Manager / Project Coordinator will support the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial insulation projects. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working closely with customers, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare scopes of work and assist with project planning.
Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Communicate with customers, general contractors, and suppliers.
Track project progress and maintain project documentation.
Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
Monitor project budgets and job costs.
Attend project meetings and provide status updates.
Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials arrive on schedule.
Support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Create and manage invoices and billing documentation.
Maintain organized project files and reports.

Qualifications

Experience in construction project coordination or project management preferred.
Experience in HVAC, mechanical, insulation, or commercial construction is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Construction Management degree or related field is a plus.
