Construction Manager (Morro Bay)

Oversee management of a waterfront, boutique hotel complex

Manage construction project administration, permitting, scheduling, and cost tracking
Prepare permit submittals, coordinate inspections, and maintain QC documentation
Support subcontractor/supplier selection and procurement/buyout tracking
Requirements: Engineering or Construction Management degree, AutoCAD + advanced spreadsheet skills, 3+ years construction experience
Onsite management during construction period 1-2 years
Work style: “Candidate must be detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines and code requirements.”
Tools/Software: “Excel required; experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.”
