As a Sheet Metal Installer Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced journeymen to fabricate, install, and maintain HVAC ductwork and systems in residential and light commercial settings. This is a hands-on, earn-while-you-learn position — you'll gain real skills on real job sites from your first week. Benefits include Insurance, Uniforms, Vacations and Profit Sharing. What you'll do

Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork and fittings
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use hand tools, power tools, and metal shears safely
Measure, cut, and assemble duct sections on job sites
Seal, insulate, and test completed duct systems
Support journeymen on complex installations
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and reliability — show up ready to learn
Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
Basic math skills (fractions, measurements)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions
No prior HVAC experience required — we train you
