We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Combo Auto Body Technician to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive auto body repairs, including collision damage restoration, sheet metal work, and auto painting. Responsibilities

Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, frame straightening, and collision damage restoration using advanced tools and techniques
Conduct MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication to repair or replace damaged sheet metal components
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers for sanding, painting, and finishing vehicle surfaces
Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto painting to match vehicle color and finish standards
Assess vehicle damage accurately for auto estimating purposes and communicate repair timelines effectively to customers
Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, detailing, and auto restoration projects
Lift heavy parts safely during repairs while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the process

Skills

Proven dealership experience or background in auto body repair and automotive restoration
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
Expertise in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, soldering, and auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying
Knowledge of auto glass replacement, auto estimating procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during all stages of repair
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively about repair processes and timelines
Familiarity with auto body parts assembly, detailing work, and the use of various automotive repair tools
