Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a variety of residential properties. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, supporting our commitment to excellence and operational integrity. Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential locations including lawn care, general maintenance/repair, and contractor grade cleaning.
Complete painting, patching, flooring repairs, and general carpentry tasks.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance repair, and HVAC issues in a timely manner.
Assist with installation projects involving HVAC/R systems, appliances, or general maintenance-related tasks as needed.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports to track equipment status and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to lead small repair projects and share technical knowledge for continuous improvement.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to uphold safety standards and operational continuity.

Skills

Strong knowledge and experience with general maintenance work such as painting, floor repairs, patching, general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to operate machinery needed to complete general maintenance repair
Ability to communicate supply needs, usage, and job effort in writing
Service technician experience with a focus on HVAC systems, air conditioning units, or refrigeration equipment.
Knowledge of construction practices related to residential maintenance and equipment installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnosing issues accurately.
Familiarity with safety protocols related to electrical work, refrigerants, HVAC/R standards, and general maintenance procedures.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
