Job Summary
We are a small family owned company seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter/ Finish Carpenter to join the team. Duties

Lead and coordinate multiple projects, including, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, light framing, and fixture installation.
Supervise and mentor a team of skilled tradespeople, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
Perform hands-on work involving finish carpentry, light framing, cabinetry, moldings, trim-work and crown-molding.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for fabrication, assembly, remodeling, and repair tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Conduct quality inspections throughout each project phase to uphold craftsmanship standards.
Collaborate with clients and project managers to communicate progress updates and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

10+ years residential carpentry experience preferred
Proven experience in construction, carpentry (including trim carpentry and cabinet installation), .
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools.
Familiarity with construction processes such as cabinet installation, drywall installation, tile application, countertops, flooring.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members across various trades.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
