Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our team. DNI is adding an electrical department and is need of finding the right Electrician to help start this division. We will be providing electrical service work, new construction and retrofit for Commercial and Residential customers. DNI is a full service HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing business. Our electrical division is Currently 3 employees and growing. We perform Residential and Commercial Services.

Responsibilities:

- Quote new work for remodels, new construction or upgrades.

- Rough in and trim out of residential and commercial projects

- Perform new construction work and trim out.

- Perform electrical service work.

- Pick up new clients

- Bring clients to the table if you have them.(Bonus available for this)

- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Over time build department and become Eelectrical Division Manager

- Work with Branch manager and Ops manager on systems and process

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Master Electrician or similar role

- Proficient in service, new contractions, upgrades, remodel.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to operate a company van for transportation to job sites

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
