Experienced HVAC Service Tech | Advantage Plumbing Heating and Air

Are you an HVAC pro trapped in a company that doesn't appreciate your hustle? At Advantage Plumbing Heating and Air, we don’t just hire employees; we bring people into our family. We provide "Best-In-Class" service to the Dayton area, and we need a veteran technician who knows their way around a complex circuit board and a customer conversation.

The Payoff (What’s in it for you?)

In the Miami Valley, top-tier HVAC talent deserves top-tier rewards. We’ve built a structure that pays you for your expertise, not just your time.

Target Earnings: $75,000 – $115,000+ per year (Competitive hourly base + high-performance incentives).
The "Drive Home" Perk: Take-home, late-model company van provided. Stop wasting your own gas and time—commute on our dime.
Paid Weekly: No waiting for your hard-earned money.
Work-Life Balance: PTO and Paid Holidays because your family needs you as much as we do.
The Tech: We use Service Titan to keep your day organized and your paperwork digital. No more messy clipboards or lost invoices.
Growth: Overtime is available for the grinders, and we prioritize promoting from within.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solving the Puzzle: From troubleshooting high-efficiency furnaces in Kettering to servicing complex heat pumps in Springboro—you’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, and precision tune-ups.
Consulting, Not Just Fixing: You aren't just a parts-changer. You'll educate customers, present indoor air quality (IAQ) options, and provide estimates that make sense for their homes.
Tech-Forward Service: Using your tablet to document static pressure, temp splits, and system health to give our customers the "Advantage" report.
Representing the "Advantage": Delivering a premium experience and leaving every mechanical room cleaner than you found it.
