Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to lead construction projects from initial conception through successful completion. This role combines the strategic planning and precise estimating necessary to secure profitable bids with the hands-on management skills required to oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise in construction estimating, project management, and site coordination to deliver exceptional results. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, all while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

Develop accurate and competitive construction estimates utilizing industry-standard software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Construction management software.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools to coordinate timelines effectively.
Manage all aspects of project planning, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and procurement strategies.
Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution and communication.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits and updates; adjust schedules and resources as needed for optimal performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual requirements while fostering a culture of safety on-site.
Utilize construction estimating tools like Civil 3D for civil works estimation for detailed scheduling to enhance project planning accuracy. Experience
Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in construction estimating.
Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of site operations and safety practices.

Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings accurately.
Familiarity with contract administration processes including change orders and scope management.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
