You must have construction experience, able to read plans perform takeoff, experience to bid or price out work is a plus. To build multi-layered relationships with new prospects, be hard working and keep focused on achieving goals. We have an aggressive growth target that has the potential to reward someone who meets these requirements. This is an opportunity for you if you are an intensely goal-oriented individual. We are willing to train the right person that has field experience or sales.

Preferred Candidates must have:
Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Office, Planswift, Blue Beam or other Estimating software
Read drawing, perform takeoff and estimating experience
Effective oral and written communication skills.
High level of customer empathy
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Determined and self-discipline (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision)
Ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to win work / close deals
Customer Service driven.
Team Players.
Intensely goal-oriented

Compensation: Salary base on experience, commission, car, gas and travel expenses included.
