Green Attic and EcoBuild are growing home services and construction companies in Chicagoland. We handle roofing, insulation, HVAC, energy efficiency, and residential construction projects.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead field operations, manage crews, coordinate schedules, solve problems, and make sure jobs are completed safely, correctly, on time, and profitably.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production for roofing, insulation, HVAC, and construction jobs.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, equipment, and inspections.
Review job scopes before work starts to make sure crews are prepared.
Visit job sites to check progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and crew performance.
Communicate with customers when needed before, during, and after the job.
Handle delays, weather issues, missing materials, scope changes, crew problems, and customer concerns.
Hold crews and subcontractors accountable for quality, deadlines, safety, and communication.
Work with scheduling, sales, warehouse, office staff, and ownership to keep jobs moving.
Track job progress, labor, materials, change orders, callbacks, and production issues.
Improve production systems, checklists, and jobsite communication.
Train and support crew leads and field team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in roofing, insulation, HVAC, construction, remodeling, restoration, or home services.
Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, or production teams.
Strong understanding of jobsite operations, scheduling, materials, safety, and quality control.
Ability to manage multiple jobs at the same time.
Strong communication skills with customers, crews, vendors, and managers.
Comfortable solving problems under pressure.
Must be organized, reliable, and able to follow through without constant reminders.
Must be willing to work in person and visit job sites regularly.

Preferred Experience

Roofing production experience.
Insulation experience, including attic insulation, air sealing, crawlspaces, or spray foam.
HVAC coordination or installation management experience.
Experience using Jobber, HubSpot, ClickUp, Roofr, JobTread, ServiceTitan, or similar software.
OSHA certification is a plus.
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
