Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques, fabrication processes, and blueprint reading will ensure the production of high-quality docks and other marine accessories. Responsibilities:

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and welding techniques to join metal parts securely.
Use hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
Operate rigging equipment such as cranes and forklifts safely during material handling and assembly processes.
Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Cut, thread pipes, solder, and perform machining tasks following ASME codes & standards for quality assurance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to welding, fabrication, rigging, and machinery operation. Experience
Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background involving metal fabrication.
Hands-on experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, plasma cutting, and press brake operations.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical drawings is essential.
Knowledge of pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, assembly processes, and schematics is highly desirable.
Ability to operate power tools such as grinders, drills, saws, as well as hand tools for detailed assembly work.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
