Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, code requirements, and client specifications. Responsibilities

Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs.
Collaborate with project managers, electricians, carpenters, and HVAC technicians to coordinate work seamlessly.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance or upgrades.
Follow safety protocols diligently while performing heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces.
Document work progress through detailed reports and ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a valid license or certification.
Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing, schematics, HVAC systems, and mechanical principles.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling, maintenance tasks, and field service operations.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with carpentry is a plus.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments.
