Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Duties

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting and drainage connections.
Conduct refrigeration repairs involving refrigeration systems and other refrigerants to ensure system efficiency and safety.
Utilize tools such as multi-meters for electrical testing and welding equipment for component repairs or modifications.
Diagnose mechanical problems using specialized equipment; perform equipment repair or replacement as needed.
Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document work performed for accountability and future reference.
Ensure compliance with safety standards including proper handling of refrigerants and adherence to property maintenance protocols.
Assist with HVAC system design modifications or upgrades based on client needs or new technological advancements.
Operate a work vehicle safely for transportation between job sites while maintaining compliance with traffic laws.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service techician preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems including refrigeration cycles.
Mechanical knowledge covering boilers, appliance repair, plumbing, welding, and general equipment maintenance.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with field service operations involving property maintenance or appliance repair.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record necessary. Experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
