North Country Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled, dependable Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations, additions, and custom remodeling projects throughout the Greater Boston and South Shore area. We take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering exceptional work for our clients.

Responsibilities

Install interior trim, crown molding, baseboard, casing, doors, and hardware.
Install custom cabinetry, built-ins, shelving, and other finish carpentry details.
Perform punch list work with a high level of attention to detail.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
Work independently or alongside other carpenters to complete projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of finish carpentry experience.
Experience with rough framing and structural carpentry.
Experience with drywall repairs and patching.
Interior painting experience is a plus.
Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and residential remodeling.
Own hand tools and reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
