Sales Consultant – Exterior Remodeling & Roofing

Build Your Career with a Company That's Going Places.

Some companies talk about growth. 123 Exteriors has lived it.

Over the past few years, we've grown from a $10 million company to over $100 million, and we're just getting started. That kind of growth creates opportunity—for our customers, our communities, and especially our people.

We're looking for motivated sales professionals who want more than another sales job. We want people who are ready to build a career with a company that's expanding, investing in its team, and creating opportunities for advancement across multiple markets nationwide.

Compensation & Benefits:

Progressive, uncapped commission structure
You get paid when the job is sold and booked—not after the job is completed
Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000–$110,000+
Sales contests and performance bonuses
Company-generated marketing support
Leads provided, with unlimited opportunity to generate your own business
Ongoing training and professional development
Year-round opportunity
Clear career paths into leadership and opportunities throughout our growing national footprint

Why 123 Exteriors?

and close business.

That's it.

Because when salespeople are allowed to focus on selling, everyone wins.

What You'll Be Doing:

Meet with homeowners to discuss windows and exterior remodeling needs
Help customers with both insurance restoration and retail projects
Present professional solutions based on customer needs
Close residential remodeling projects
Build your referral network and generate additional opportunities
Maintain your customer pipeline using our CRM
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first meeting through signed agreement

Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience

A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Why Salespeople Stay Here:

People don't build careers because of catchy slogans. They stay because:

and the company keeps growing.

At 123 Exteriors, you'll be joining an organization that's investing heavily in its future—and in yours.

The Bottom Line?
