Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician and become a vital part of maintaining comfortable, safe, and efficient environments across various properties. In this role, you will perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing, and related mechanical equipment. Responsibilities

Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance related to HVAC systems such as condensate drainage or water supply lines.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for component repairs when necessary.
Diagnose complex mechanical problems using mechanical knowledge and field service techniques; repair or replace faulty components promptly.
Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; communicate effectively with team members and clients about system status and recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields with a strong understanding of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems.
Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and property maintenance.
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately.
Hands-on experience with appliance repair, refrigeration systems (including ammonia refrigeration), boilers, and mechanical equipment.
Familiarity with plumbing systems relevant to HVAC applications; experience with welding is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude combined with field service experience; ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using tools like ohmmeters.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers or similar vehicles preferred.
Strong communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
Certifications or training in HVAC/R technology are highly desirable; ongoing professional development encouraged.

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
