We are seeking a Sheet Metal Helper to join our team operating in the Albany, NY area. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation of duct work systems, as well as keeping job sites organized. No experience needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of sheet metal duct work systems in commercial and residential properties (including roof top units)
Assist in the fabrication and preparation of sheet metal components for use in subsequent manufacturing steps or as-is installation in the field
Maintain a clean, organized job site, shop, and well-inventoried truck
Unload truck and set up equipment to specified locations on job site
Gather tools and supplies needed for a particular job
Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening of new objects and equipment, and removal of old equipment if needed
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Valid Driver's License & means of transportation

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

No experience needed. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience, ranging from $17 to $20 per hour.
