About FORMAFLO FORMAFLO is a specialty industrial resin flooring contractor serving major food and protein processors across the country. We install fast, hold high standards, and keep plants running. We are adding a Project Manager to run our active jobs and own client communication during execution.

Position Summary The Project Manager is the client's single point of contact on all active jobs and directs day-to-day job execution across multiple crews. This role schedules jobs directly with clients, coordinates crew leads, and re-sequences with our field technical lead when conditions change. Technical flooring decisions are owned by our field expert; this role owns projects, people, and the client relationship during delivery.

Responsibilities

Own client communication on all active jobs: status, issues, and resolution
Schedule jobs directly with clients, with crew availability confirmed by the field lead
Direct crew leads on assignments and job execution
Handle mid-week re-sequencing (plant window changes, crew shortages, material delays) with the field lead
Run the Sales-to-Production handoff and job kickoff
Track all active jobs through closeout and billing readiness

Required Qualifications

5+ years leading crews, people, and projects in construction, industrial services, or a self-perform trade
Direct experience managing foremen or crew leads
Strong professional communication with clients, including delivering difficult news with a recovery plan
Based in or near central Kentucky
Able to travel to job sites every 2 to 3 weeks and be reachable on install weekends

Preferred Qualifications

Resin flooring, coatings, concrete, or industrial services background
Food or pharma plant environment experience
Spanish language skills (a plus, not required)
OSHA 30

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year, set by experience
Performance bonus up to $2,000 per quarter ($8,000 per year)
Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile
